What a team can do with the alpha, once it is available
- Each person installs the alpha and uses their own OpenRouter key with a spending limit, rather than sharing one key.
- Turn on zero data retention in each OpenRouter account's privacy settings.
- Agree which columns count as private in your team's workbooks, and review requests on the What gets sent screen before sending.
- Security and IT reviewers can start from Security & data flow and Alpha limitations.
What the alpha does not include
The alpha is a single-user add-in with no NymForm server. It does not provide single sign-on, role-based access, central administration, organization policies, a managed gateway, centralized audit logs, billing, or a service-level agreement. It holds no certifications. These pages describe what exists today; anything planned is labelled as a plan and is not promised.
